Ignore the content on the redesigns, lol. It's just copy and pasted from our forums.

Interesting idea you've got there... I think I prefer the first redesign to the second. However, all in all I like the original design the most

A descriptive page would be nice... not quite sure what the page is about, espcially since news and forums are the only things on the page

Welcome to the forums, oh - and never say "this is the best I can do" because that's never true. You're always learning and always creating... so don't underestimate yourself, nor put caps on what you can or cannot do.

Hey, thanks. I decided the slant of the building makes the layout a bit too busy, and makes the text hard to read at times.

It's a debate site BTW *Edits post*

    Hey

I really like the first one, though the text does get hard to read, not really because of the building slant, but because of the light in the windows. Maybe darken up the content boxes so not as much light comes through?

    Keep up the good work!

I think all are pretty good, I prefer the http://www.dreamsforsale.net/images/...ia/layout3.jpg layout out of the three. Looks nicer setout then the other to that you have there.

Some nice ideas on all three there.

    Nice one.

That's good, but I find it a little diffiscult to read the text on the right.

IMHO, The original is the best by far. That's not to say it couldn't use improving, but only that the redesigns are a step backwards.

Yeah I would agree with what Transio said, but figured you wanted an opinion on the other 3 as you had already made your mind up on changing.

If your not 100% sure on changing it I wouldn't myself. The first looks quite effective with the colours, despite is being a very simple idea, it looks a lot better. At the end of the day it is ouf course yoour decision.

If you were deffinatly changing then the one I said above, if you are unsure stay with what you have but just tweak it a little.

Yeah, the original is my favorite, and then your first redesign attempt is second. The last two have readability issues. Layout3.jpg is a cool idea, it's just hard to read.
