    evil frames!
Yup - I originally designed the site when I didn't even know how to create a side nav bar with a background tile.

On the one hand, it works because of the amount of info on the site - ie, surfing through the online encyclopaedia.

On the other hand, I really am going to have to, one day, completely redo all 750+ pages in a frames free environment.

    Btw - thanks for looking.

    Brian

Btw - just asking - did anyone notice any areas where the frames could be better optimised? Until the big upgrade, I need to ensure there are no notable problems with the set-up at present.

You are, of course, aware that Dreamweaver has a search and replace funtion that will allow you to input any text or HTML code and replace it with something entirely different. If you get creative with it you can make many site-wide changes easily. perhaps this will help you rid yourself of frames!
