It seems okay the way it is now IMO. The only thing it could use is a sort of cap on the bottom of the content table; it seems like it was just cut off.

edit: try making the main table have a height of 100%

Looks like a good start.

One thing I would work on would be the nav bar. It seems a bit too blurry with the font that you're using right now.

Also the link color is a bit bright, try using a darker shade of blue, maybe the dark shade used here would work

I like the site... it's short and to the point, but the lack of visuals is boring. It would be nice to see some graphics to support your message. Nice to see guys like you around (that provide free webspace without the ad-grab.)
