Could you please review the design of www.tjdesigns.org - i am aware many of you wont like the intro, but i think it is necessary to show case all our skills.
    Thanks for all your input.

If you want to keep the intro then that's your choice, but I skipped it once I heard the music, because I'm already listening to my own music. The looping animation on your homepage looks similar to the flash intro. I'd slow it down and simplify it, it's distracting when you're trying to read the rest of your homepage. Also, the whole banner looks a little akward, it looks like it was quickly pieced together. There are hard lines everywhere, it doesn't look like it's all working together. They look like individual elements just placed next to each other. Also, on subsequent pages, I'm not a fan of how the design changes so much. I'd try to find a middle ground and make the whole site follow one design.

I agree with splufdaddy, intro's (unless the client absolutely must have it) is a waste of time. Personally, if I load a website and see an intro, first thing I look for is the skip button, if no skip, I leave. With that said:
    (+)
    Nice layout.
    Colors work.
    Easy Navigation

    (-)
Align your top nav in the orange <-- I'm anal retentive like that
You have fuzzy fonts in your images = hard on eyes.

    Overall...good job

Thanks guys, yes i think it is very important to have a skip intro button, definately. I am also thinking of implementing a 20 second redirect to main page, so people dont get lost in the intro, what do you think?
