very impressive use of flash... (makes me feel like i am in a fantasy role playing game) but, the site's dependance on flash is 100% - this may cripple you when 30% of your audience cannot view your site... not to mention the other 30% who don't take the time to wait for flash sites to load. Personally, I think it is beautiful though, definately shows how web design is one of the highest of art forms...

The enter button did nothing for me. I'm using IE 6. The picture looks cool though!

do you have pop up killer? we are launching you into a full screen application, but some pop up killers do not allow it to open. (we have tried to minimize this happening by having the user click to pop up the screen, as opposed to automatically popping it up)... try that and let me know if it works.

(we are still in test mode right now).

Nope, it's not being killed, it doesn't seem to even try to open the window.

    jeremy,

Beautiful site. Judging from your target market, I don't think the 100% flash will hurt you too much. Maybe 5% of your audience won't have it.

What I DO think is hurting your site is the navigation. The whole ephemeral AIR | FIRE | EARTH | WATER thing is artsy and abstract... bordering heavily on TOO abstract. It also draws attention away from what I feel is the important navigation: the "Who we are", "What we do", "How to Contact Us" stuff along the bottom.

Nevertheless, it's an entertaining site with a fresh use of flash, so I give it a 4/5.

    :-D

LOL. Sorry to pick on you a little, Zeal, but I have to.

In what way do you feel that this, or ANY website for that matter, is "one of the highest of art forms" ???

Please explain it to me, because I just don't understand. Which forms of art is it higher than?
    • Architecture? Gaudi and Le Corbusier shall crumble before the web?
    • Painting? Michelangelo's Sistene Ceiling is "lowly" in comparison?
    • Sculpture? Pity the Pieta?
    • Literature? Quoteth Poe nevermore?
    • Music? Mozart and Hendrix fall on deaf ears?

The web gives normal people a way to express their creative energies in a practical way, this is why it is a high art form... most normal people dont have time to sculpt, unless they take it on as their lifes profession...
