Flash Site:

The flash into button does nothing on my end.
Button are not aligned properly, vertical height is off.
About Us intro is cool, the rest are very amateurish. Maybe you should go with the same style as the About Us for the rest of the sections.

Pretty straight forward.

I don't see the need for two separate sites and I have noticed that this trend which started a couple years back when flash was gaining popularity is becoming a rarity. I think you should combine the sites. Will be less work to update too.

Right, the flash page takes a little to long to load, I doubt many people will be staying around for that length of time. However this might be because I am currently on 3 or 4 different sites using them all.

Right no I am on it, the flash site is doing nothing that you can't do in html, and is pretty much exactly the same, there is no real point in you using both, apart from going between pages, html can do what you are doing with your flash.

As for the design, fairly neat and tidy, but I would add some mouseovers of some sort for your html site, would make things a little more interesting.
