How can i improve my website?

You could really do with making it a little more excitting especially if you are going to start your own company and "seek employment"

At the moment all you have is a banner, that is the only thing that displays use of design, the rest is something most people could come up with.

If you are planning on using this page for you design company I would consider removing some of the bad language on there as I dont see it impressing to many.

Try to improve the layout, add some buttons, better navigation.

You have a lot of work to do before you will get employed if this is your best work.

Hope the above doesn'y sound to harsh, but I expect you would rather hear the truth. It's a good design but compared to a lot of the work seen on the internet, it won't win you clients.

Having said that I looked at your essexdesigns site, and that is much better.

If it's a personal blog site, experiment with it, do something different. Like allow the user to choose from different CSS styles (skins), or something else fun. Step up the graphics a little bit.
