2 designs, help me decide

id like peoples opinions on which one to go with. heres the links to the 2 screen shots (theyve been cut apart and made into sites, but dont have the domain name yet).

any opinions/constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. also, the simple but nice design (the grey and white one) has a little box under the logo, that will be a disjointed rollover, and image will appear when you scroll over the nav panel to the right.

fixed it, you can view them now, theyre slightly smaller than before, but now they will show up when you click the link.

Can you make them larger, as it is very difficualt to understand the designs at the moment, personally however, without any content, I prefer design 1.

after the page is already loaded and your on imagestations site, add '.orig.jpg' after the original jgp ending. so it will end with '...jpg.orig.jpg' and that will make them larger. you can do that on the site and it will show up, but if you try to link to it, it gives that bandwidth stealing message.

I like the second one better, but I'd like to see a better banner on it. Number one has a nice image in it, but the colors are too light for me, and I'm not a fan of that whole left side, with the sideways text and box at the bottom.
