My New Site - Finally got one centered!

Okay, "The Proprietor's Page" of brockglaze.com is pretty much just a part of the site for me to blog, also all of my family will set it as their home page and it will contain many commonly used links by us. But I was wondering if you guys could tear apart the design, and let me know what could be added, or needs to be deleted... thanks

Well, it's a lot of purple. I think people will either like it or hate it. A pet peeve of mine is text that is a similar color to the bg it's on, and that's what you, purple links on the purple bg. Adding some more color would improve this design, IMO.

If you want people to set this as their homepage, you could try incorporating some live news feeds onto the site, I know Google offers this, as do other news sites I'm sure.

Its okay, but not very interesting. I think your 'daily links' should be larger and bolder, more interesting to the eye.

well what could I say, spluf is right AGAIN...there is too much purple color in it and this color is very heavy to the eye if you know what i mean...puttng some withe won't hurt. Try it! That's from me, cheers
