Constructive criticism:
1. No Geocities!
2. Kill the frames
3. Don't skin the scrollbar
4. The title has a shadow that's supposed to blend to white, not green, so consider making the background white instead of green.
5. Rollovers for the side buttons would be cool
6. If you do stick with frames, try using an absolute (number of pixels) width for the left frame instead of a relative (percent) width.

I have to use frames as I am using the site for my college course in HTML and they are required.

I am using geocities as they are free and I don't know of anyone else who would host the site for nothing or next to nothing:cry:

Next to nothing: http://www.webdesignforums.net/showt...=&threadid=805 and http://www.godaddy.com/ . Less than $20/year and I've used both here before until I outgrew DH's plan.
