Nice image slicing on the front page. The arching snippet at the top that says "Dietrich Productions" is moving a bit fast for some people to read. You should get rid of the scroll bars for the "Link me to your Site" box.

It took me a few moments to figure out what to do on the splash screen - which is generally a bad thing. It doesn't have any writing saying enter here or anything.

I like the picture at the top, but there seems to be a bit too much grey. Maybe try adding yellow and black as well or experiment with some colours.

And yeah, that link to my site can probably go on the bottom of your links page rather than prominantly featured on the main page.

Another thing I would experiment with is making nice borders around your news posts. At the moment the only eye catcher on the site is the heading and I think if you add more graphics around news posts etc it might add to the effect.

Looks great, I like the layout and even though it's mainly all grey it doesn't look too bad. I agree with what's been said before but thought I should also point out that it took awhile to load the site...

That's how it looks in IE6.... I like the site pretty cool though I don't like the intro-screen or the iframe. And the colour scheme is a bit dark. 3/5.

The site needs some more color IMO, and when adding color, make sure there is enough contrast between your text color and bg color. Right now it's nearly impossible to read the dates on the news entries you've made. The colors are way too similar.
