I like it, though I'd like to see some rollovers on those navigation buttons, as well as seeing those Iframes wave goodbye. Nice colour scheme.
You've made a good use of the coloured scrollbar which I like, well done.

agree with the post above. rollovers would complete the menu nicely.
nicely done otherwise.

Yes. very nice. I also think that rollovers would make it better.
The design isn't bad. If I had to change one thing, you may want to make the nav a little bigger, it's slightly hard to read as is.
Also, the content on your homepage sounds very amateur-like. You have a few grammar mistakes that need to be fixed. Also, setting a goal of opening data centers across the nation is a worthwhile goal, but it seems like it will be a long time until you do that. Ambitious goals are good, but they sound odd when put on the homepage of a company that's just starting out.
Looks cool, but your navigation font is a little unclear I am afraid.
I prefer to see a little bigger text where your explaining your site. Hundreds of people use small text thinking it looks really cool and flashy, but I dont like it at all, looks to fun and not serious.
Get some nice little rollovers on the go and this will also hopfully add a little much needed colour variety.
Not a bad looking site though, but for me the above would finish it off nicely.
I think it's nice. I've seen it now with IE (I had see it with Opera the last time) and I think that the scrollbars need to be more in the grey color of the rest of the page.
I don't really know if there is a lot uncompatibility with the DHTML scrollable areas, but they are much more sexy than the boring scrollbars.(And in any explorer but IE the will display in the system colors).
Though I think it's a good site.
