Are you spamming to get us to go to that site? Might want to edit that out because I don't know how well the mods will take that.
Never tell someone to go to a website like that on forums. Some people REALLY don't like that!
Your first site however, is pretty decent. Don't know much about the style needed or wanted for real estate advertising, however, so I have no real comment on it. 3/5 all-in-all.

I quite like it. Looks neat and tidy enough any way. Not 100% sure about the choosen colours though.
