    That site is NUTS man!

I don't have any complaints about it. Absolutely AMAZING. Period.

I love the colors and graphics, the layout, the design. Everything.

Cool website. Looking forward to see you finish it.

    Just a quick note:
You can have the flash communicate with the php directly. And have the main flash load all the other external swf in runtime using loadMovie().
Doing that will allow you to have objects (such as the music box you made) to stay active, even when other swf is needed to display.

    Anyway, cool. Good style.

I like it, but the only thing I can find is the text on your links at the bottom like "Back2mine 001" is hard to read, and should be larger or not anti-aliased. Good work!

yeah the text at the bottom is VERy hard to read at 1680x1050.

About the flash, besides that quick loading animation, couldn't it just be replaced by an image? It doesnt seem to have any other animated or interactive elements in it, so why not make your site more accessible to users without flash?

    Good Design!

    Good Design!

ya you need to change color of bottom menu fonts!

Hey if i am not wrong you are using different clips of every page though you have common bottom. Why dont you use one template/movieclip for all pages and load differen pages' content by calling it in a movie clip in center?

    Hello everyone

thanks for taking the time to look over FDM and all the positive feed back, some really wicked points made.

This project has been in slow progress, as this is done in my spare time.

There are 3pages on this site that will have heavy content.

mediaxposure = media gallery of images/animation/etc

dbpod = music reviews, news, samples, music, etc

    insource = forum/tut's/etc

So the site is very magazine like, I would like to think &I hope this helps a bit more to visualise where fdm is headed and the way its set out.

About the flash, besides that quick loading animation, couldn't it just be replaced by an image?
The "Back2mine" page will have some dynamic content as well as animation. But like I said......Slow porg

It doesnt seem to have any other animated or interactive elements in it...
Don't worry, me, a book by Robert Pennar, section III, Dynamic Visuals and a cup of cocoa are getting intimate on that one.

so why not make your site more accessible to users without flash
I think theres good number of people using flash these days ....Hell, by the time I get around to finishing it, it might be the standard:laugh:

yeah the text at the bottom is VERy hard to read at 1680x1050.
Man....if I and everyone else here had a screen like yours, sure it would be hard to see, dude, thats a impressive size......ahh....not like that mate, the Monitor!

    Cheers & Beers everyone!

I'm on 1280x1024, which is a more standard resolution, and I couldn't read the text at the bottom at all. The size and the similar backrgound color make it impossible to read. Impressive site though, nice work.
