The overall style that matches the logo can not be changed. Other than that what do you think?

The banner looks too big and the Navigation looks too small, IMO

The main image is stunning, but the purple bar and nav buttons clash with it (to my eye).

It's something I seem to comment on often, but on my 56k modem, your page took well over a minute to finish loading. In normal circumstances, I'd be long gone, onto another site....

I arrived at the page not knowing what it was about, and the simple 'welcome' comment didn't do anything about informing me. I don't want a major-domo to greet me at the door, I want to be told where I am, and what's available. As it is, I had to work it out from the nav buttons that had loaded at the time, while I waited for the rest of the page.

It may be that your URL would mean something to your typical targetted visitor, but it certainly won't help at the search engines, I'll bet. (Of course, it may be that the SE's aren't important to the business).

Obviously, I'm hardly a typical visitor, but that's how it all struck me.

Not only is the banner way too tall IMO, but it makes your small nav buttons look even smaller in comparison. Also, the bulleted list you have on the homepage should not be written in the image. Slice that graphic up and type the information in. I could tell it was in a graphic as soon as I saw it. Finally, you're mouseovers should be preloaded, or most people wont see them. Good luck w/ the site.
