How's this skinned CMS?

I alredy posted this site a while ago, but I've done a lot of changes on it. (not aspect changes, but code changes). Now it takes about 5 seconds less to load on the same computer, due to replacing images with CSS styles...

Please give feedback.
PS- And if somebody has knowledge of the mambo CMS: Do you know how to insert a good comment script? (I've tried combo by Phil Taylor, and it simply sucks)

Maybe make the silver bar, a lighter gradient. the Header doesnt really work with rest of theme.

I like it, its clean, light colors, simple, clean logo. Nothing that hurts my eyes, I like the crosshatch effect. I think you should bold the navigation titles though.. they dont stand out enough, especially when they are the same color as the links below them. But overall very nice. 4/5

This is missing contrast of colors. A strong bolder color could easily come in and distract someone's attention. Utilize that, but a red or something near the most important area.. like the title. Also, the logo SVS doesn't fit. The text under it works much better.
The grey behind the menu is also a bit too plain. Perhaps once there is more content though that'll change.

I'm going to make the menu items bold, and maybe white.
As there is more content, the grey area will almost disappear. I'm going to make a new logo because I've lost the source file due to a hd failure. Will try different fonts for it.
