About LinkBacksCan someone please show me a few pointers, i know my layout doesnt look too good at all.Also can someone show me a tutor for drop down links?Im just trying to build a simple layout for an NFL site, any tips would be highly appreciated.Also that banner is temporary will have a better one soon.

Dropdown menus will require some javascript, so look for some javascript tutorials on the web for that. Here are some navigation javascripts to check out.
For the layout, www.good-tutorials.com has a lot of helpful tuts, check them out.
Also, it's going to be very hard (if possible at all) to make impressive web graphics using MS Paint. Photoshop and Fireworks are the most common tools for designing websites.

I just used paint to paste the screen pic i took, the graphics are being done with photoshop
