I am not quite done with it, but I am quite proud of it.

1) Very .. very dark. I personally dont like sites that dark, especially a sports site. Gaming sites are the only ones I would EXPECT to be dark.
2) Your navigation links are hard to read, the bright red with the dark red are not too attracting.. maybe a lighter color would do.
3) Your body is UNDER your navigation.. instead of to the right of it. Use some tables and fix that.
4) Everything is kind of floating there.. no real boundries or borders.
If its your first or second site, i say 3/5. But if your experienced in any way.. It would be around 2/10.
Nice try, Ide suggest you make some of those corrections though
Dark sites are not good. In any way. Whatever type of site it is, don't make them dark. IMO, it makes the viewer depressed, makes the site feel sad. Not good at all.
Buttons are just amateur photoshopping by the looks of it. So all in all not very good.
3/10
Sorry if I was a bit harsh.

I agree, I'd like to see a brighter site, that makes use of some nice photography. I'm not a fan of the buttons either.
Yep. Exactly my point. I really must stress though.
DONT USE DARK BACKGROUNDS ON WEB SITES
A little bit of dark here and there is ok, but don't overdo it. I'm not saying don't use dark at all, but go easy on it. However, if the site is VERY GOOD then a dark background is acceptable. An example of this is 2davanced Studios (www.2advanced.com) which is an excellent flash web site which uses dark colors very well.
That is all.....FOR NOW!

Thanks, I'll lighten it up.
But the body shouldn't be under the Navigation. Is it like that with all of you?
How about a baby blue or something instead of black?
This any better?

1) edit your posts .. please.
2) No its not.. now you have 3 colors that look totally ugly together.. I suggest you use a white or shade of grey bg and change the color of your links and gradients.
i am guessing this is one of the first site u made. the colors dont match (splufdaddy i think u should introduce the color schemer) and yes the content is under the navigation. by any chance are you using a cheap program to design it(for example, the geocities page builder)?
