Site looks ok, but a few problems I have:

    - Navigation text is too hard to see; white on light blue
    - I would have a mouseover effect on the navigation as well
    - Graphical elements are way too light I think. Your header is dark gray and dark blues, but then the "Articles" and "Latest News" title graphics etc. are much too light
    - For your articles etc. I think that having the article names as the link rather than "Click here to read more" would be better

    Good luck with the site,

Thank you for your honest reply Brad. Do you think that the design is stretched too much to the right hand side of the monitor? Should I change the design a little so that the site takes up much less space in the screen? (maybe in the middle like this forum?)

    Header looks okay
Add some shadow on the header's button ..
Layout looks fine but it will be more Cool if you will use little more dark navigation bar color ..
About navigation there is nothing to Review its simple HTML but if you give some color in table's bg it will be fine
    thanks

BBA: No, I don't think that you need to shrink the width of the site. Unless your design will allow a centered version, I don't think it would be worth the effort. The reason you would shrink the width is if you had no content, in that case a 100% liquid design is worthless. Your layout looks ok as is. (IMO of course )

Thank you Brad, i was just wondering about the centered version because i've seen so many webpages with that design lately.

The layout's nice and clean and easy to read...

And it even loaded in reasonable time on my 1999 abacus!

What I found was the the top image is strangely confusing. what does it have to do with the subject? I know there's the artistic representation of a 'developed body' in there, but the background? Is it muscle fibres?

I don't have a clue what you could do instead, and the others so far haven't commented, so mayhap it's only me.

Lastly, I found the colour scheme a little 'cold' - again, bearing in mind the subject matter.
