Here is a site I am working on at work. The link will take you to a big jpg of what the homepage looks like as of now. Then on that page there is a link to the secondary template. Well its not a template, but what the other pages will look like. I am still working on the secondary part, but I think I am pretty much finished on the homepage. I would appreciate suggestions on how to improve. I feel like the secondary is mabye a little to green but I can't really find any colors I like to mix with it. Ideas would be nice. Thanks,

This one seems better then the grey one you posted a while back. It looks much more personal. However it looks a bit empty. You can be more deliberate with the green to help fill up the page and still make it look good.. just vary the shades of green you use.. for example here is a site I helped somebody design who was having some problems comming up with a layout. I think they did a decient job with the green. (however their css has much to be desired but thats another issue)

Seems to fit the bill for the theme. Can't see how it could be cleaner, and the approach is sympathetic to the subject...

Is the 'Commitment of Excellence' thing on the secondary page something the client came up with? Just that 'Commitment TO Excellence' would be grammatical, unless prepositions work differently on that side of the Atlantic.

    Nice!

Leave it as is, but increase the size of it all.
If you make that image fit the screen (minus some padding), it would look great!
Right now, it has a bit of "viewing from outer space, and my binoculars aren't powerful enough"-feel to it.

I think rosland is right,m make it bigger. The colours are nice and original (not many green sites around, 'cept mine :P) and the navigation looks pretty simple and accessible. (<-- spl)

    Nice job

I think the latter version is the best, though overall the whole website seems very busy... perhaps there is a way you can overcome this without damaging the layout? 3/5
