looks good to me
Well you can tell its an illustration, but it looks real enough to say it looks real. The part that really gives it away is the lipstick,(if somebody had 'kissed' the paper i doubt their lips would have touched the paper like that. You could break it up a bit and take the 'corners' off, that part of the mough would not touch the paper, I would say just take it off.. the burn marks at the bottom of the page also look a bit man made, Ive never seen fire burn a straight edge into a piece of paper, it looks too regular.
The alpine concept is interesting.. although your menu is suffering from no lables.. and on firebird you have borders on all of your table cells causing the image to break apart.
Yea, I was toying with new ideas with the lipstick and burn marks, I can't quite get my idea to transform in photoshop as it is in my head. I am currently working on addind a squirt of ketschup and mustard instead of the lipstick.Originally posted by glyakk

You think if I round of the bottom of the "papers" edge where the burn marks are it would look better?
Yea, this is going to be tough to pull off, at first I wanted to do it all in Flash with the actual deck "motorizing" out of the screen at you, but just decided to make it static and cut up some images. I am still fine tuning all of this part, I am not sure if I like it or not. =/Originally posted by glyakk

I may have to silkscreen the lables above the buttons.
Its not bad. But make the lipstick edges a bit more rough and they mite look ok...

The shadow is too much it makes the paper seem really thick, otherwise it's a very neat design.

Like it lots, though I agree about the lipstick.
Heavily post-ironic, although still neater than a page from my notebook...
