I generally don't like those types of designs, dark-on-light is more professional-looking IMO.

I like the site. But I don't like sites that a corwed. I like very simple sites. Your site isn't that corwed but it does have lot's and lots of link. I think every website should have 5 main links. That should be a rule. I think you should take out the link that you really don't need.
