Ok I had another style frenzy today, after abandoning lots of other themes (some really, really weird) for this one.

Old one (current version) : http://tekp.com/old/home.php
    New one : http://tekp.com/mainsite/home.php

    So, which one is best?

i think the navigation needs touching up on the new one, whadya think...?

I like the second because the first didnt display properly and had hundreds of errors.

The style look pretty much the same as the old one. I prefer the new one mainly because I'm a suckah when it comes to 'Blue'... but it does look more organized.

Work on making your text re-sizeable, CSS allows this without sacrificing your layout.

I'm not sure that your footer message is needed, a good standards compliant site should get rid of the need to put

"Best viewied in Internet Explorer at a resolution of 1024x768" - Even though yours is quite the opposite.

How about abit more contrast on navigation/link rollovers even if it is only a subtle change ?

I agree with Trico's comments all over.

    Second design all the way!

Yeah, the second design is much better. Its more attractive, and more professional looking. Second one for sure. Maybe bold the headings of the navigation though.

I prefer the second one - the first one looks.. cluttered, although this may just be because it is covered in PHP errors... 404 not found etc etc.
