Nice design, though perhaps the font isn't suited to the type of site. I don't particularly like the iframe/scrolling DIV you have with your welcome message, make this message spread your site, you have a huge blank space left for forthcoming gigs, why not swap these two around? Each page has to reload all the images, and the design appears to change slightly as you visit each pge, try to keep a constant flow throughout the site. Good work 3/5

Well I know someone has to say this so I may as well beat 'IronHacker' to it; "ouch my eyes"... a black outer background it fine, but try and avoid having text situated over it as it can hurt. - Its not obvious to the casual user but they'll soon feel it afterwards. - Using a dark shade of grey as opposed to black can often eliminate the sharp contrast that makes reading it painful.
Considering the pages are small, it takes a long time to download, (Using 512k BB)
On your main 'News' page the text within the frame shouldn't be aligned right, it makes it harder to read; consistent left edge to an uneven right is more natural.
*The positioning of text from page to page looks very inconsistent ni terms of alignment and positioning.
*I'm sure you can find a nicer font for the 'Andrew Lipke' banner, the current one looks messy and some what amateurish.
*How about adding headings/titles to pages ?
*Could you write a paragraph of text on your main page ? ... explaining what the site is about etc, something short and to the point.
Hope this helps...

I agree about the black being too 'black'...
It's a nice site, but the text is either screaming (white) or too laid back to read easily (red and orange).
I think I'd wait until I was world-famous before I'd descibe a website as 'official'. Or are there any 'unofficial' Andrew Lipke sites?
And if the bio is going to be in third-person, then we should know who wrote it. If Mr Lipke was the scribe, then shouldn't it be first-person?
Good start, though... :
