How can I improve the this logo

This was going wrong as i was making it and i wanna know how i could improve it

I would take the red screen off of the photo. It's making the photo darker and harder to look at.

The logo or the banner?

The logo is pretty nice, but it's a mix of a crest, text, and an icon... I think if you're gonna go with the crest look, you should separate the text out of it (put it below) and add more decoration to the crest. You can keep the icon in the crest, but make it more a part of an integral design rather than a disparate "floating" image.

I think it would look better if the picture of the footballers was larger within the banner. You could almost get rid of the plain red completely and replace it with the image and put a slight red screen on it.

Theres only one way to improve that logo get rid of the scummy arsenal badge ! get rid of the red colour and replace with black and white stripes and a Toon Army Badge LOL
