New site, need advice

Hi:

Hello I am new and need advice for my website www.polygonos.com, I have made several pages with the same format. So I was planning to make the MAIN section different, with a quick reference guide for not so smart users. i personnally thinkk the current layout is very useful, but some people comment it is not easy to use so...

I am also planning to add music mp3 to the splash screen.

In general i am looking for advice that will help the site be more easily navigatable, but all of you comments are well appreciated, thanks in advance!

a little bit too dark for me but nice design, i think it would be a good idea to add some music and maybe some flash. Also the boxes with content in maybe could be smaller with the bar on the right side being a scrollbar.

Nice except it's a bit dark, especially the forums. Also the rollovers don't really appear to change (i.e., rolling over produces virtually no change in the image).

Finally avoid using any music embedded in a page except for a Flash intro where the music is synchronized to the music; other uses look extremely amateur.

yes you are right. the forums i will change to the same design of the rest of the site.

What about creating a QUICK reference section in the splash page or at the top of the main section?

well, whatever it is or not, but i have some comments for your site:
I agree, it's a bit too dark as everybody said!
i like the banner of your site, it looks good for me, i like it a lot
nice design anyway
