Too much of a clutter, as well as horrible menu color scheme.
Try working with a smaller spectrum of color, as well as don't put so much stuff on one page.
hi everyone,
thanks for all your comment, i could not understand comment made by Iron hacker, what does it really mean [ it doesn't show up correctly in FireFox ]
could someone explain me about this so i can change it for the better
Cheers,

I have a comment: SSEAYAA-LAOS --- I read that as "See ya, Laos !!!" Unless your organization is about getting away from Laos and not looking back, you might want to reconsider the name !!! :-D
LPYs...simply put, you tried to do too much all in one go. You not only tried to have your cake and eat it too, you also tried to inhale the cake through a straw.
If you have that much content that you want to put on a web site, then the best thing you can do is to create a simple opening page with a simple 1-level menu and then let people click to the various pages from there. Pick four or five "main menu" things and try to categorize the rest of the stuff under those four or five main menu things.
Look at the structure of an online store, if you don't understand what I mean. Do they put all 1,932,743 products on their opening page? No. They just put the major product categories, a few featured products, and then let the users browse to the rest.

If anything, you're guilty of trying too hard. Relax with it. Don't put so much on. Do a bit at a time and build out from there.

give me some comment please.

ouash... follow TheGame's post for that one too!!!
also... what ironhacker meant is download firefox and see what your site looks like.
it's always good practice to download a few of the popular browsers (Opera, Mozilla, Netscape and IE) and to check your site against it.
