I think you should change the english flag to an american flag http://www.freewebs.com/coolpicsandc...rican-flag.jpg but thats just me. The site you do have up is ok, but it seems kind of plain and the header 'TBM' seems really out of place and I think the colors could use adjusting

The banner does need some work, it looks pixelated. Also, there is no reason for this site to be done entirely in flash. You could make this site using HTML and some javascript rollovers. If you really want the fade effect you have on the bottom row of images, you could use flash for that.

That's a British flag, BTW. The English flag is the cross of St George.I think you should change the english flag to an american flag
A moot point, waynarky. Listened to George Dubya lately?americans speak english.
As to the design: I liked the splash page (though I don't like splash pages), but when I clicked on the flag (British) I got Under Construction...
And when I clicked on the Norwegian flag, I got a really slow load that I couldn't be bothered to wait for.
Not very helpful, I know, but if you don't design with the users in mind, it should be no surprise that some don't hang around.
