Looks good.
1. Not such much bold text
2. Don't use underlines for emphasis/titles, use bold or italics instead (people associate underlines with links)
3. Use a smaller font in the navbar (don't make the navbar itself smaller, though)

To extend filburt's though, you may want to use CSS and <H> tags to make a small caps font for the titles. The only other thing I'd change is to have a portfolio link so it's all in one spot for people to find. Other than that, looks real purdy.
