Does anyone know why my jpeg photo has a white doted overlay when transitioning between slider images on a newer version of IE. I have flattened the image in photoshop to see if that would do it, but no improvement.

Watch in the transition between the 3 and 4th image slider position and 4th and 1st.

    Thanks for your help!
