    I have done wordpress blogs before; but for some reason I gusess I have lost touch with my mind. I started this blog:

    Crane lakes Florida

    I have posts that are indicating they are in the correct category; but when I click on the menu they are not there. For instance the menu has "golfing information" and I have posts of golfing items. They are in the categories,; but don't show when clicking on "golfing information" in the (green) menu.

    I have been reading and re-reading Wordpress information; but still can't figure what I am doing wrong.
    Can anyone give me some direction. I am ready to take it down and start over...if I can figure out how to do that.

    The first born to anyone who helps me.

    Thanks.:-[

    I have no idea how your theme is build. But i allso tend to get this kinda errors sometimes.

    What i usually than do is the following.

    You should add (just before fetching your posts)

    PHP Code:
    <?php wp_reset_query(); ?>
    This way it will reset every query you might have set.

    It's just an idea.

    I just changed to a different theme.

    Do I need to have pages and categories? I need the category to add new posts. If I eliminate the pags the menu changes. So; how do I get the menu (across the top of the page) to have a category?

    I want visitors to click on the menu and see the listed posts.

    You should make use of the following build-in WordPress feature:

    In header.php something like:
    PHP Code:
    <?php wp_nav_menu( array( 'menu' => 'Header Menu' ) ); ?>
    Than you could go to you WP-Admin, and there you can make a menu, (Display -> Menu's). Here you can build you own menu. WITH categories and pages in one menu.

    Hope it helps a little bit.
