You have to look into the PHP for that. I don't know much, but looks like that snippet of code is executing a function. Look up the function maybe?

I think I may be able to help - can you post a link to the site, and tell me what framework you are using for your theme?

A wordpress theme framework is actually a ready-to-go theme that is designed to be a solid yet flexible foundation for your own theme or as a parent theme for your child themes. That way, when WP comes out with its frequent updates, the framework theme stays current and the site doesn't break.

When modifying wordpress themes, I usually use the firefox webdeveloper add-on or firebug. With any of those you can find the class that is associated with that part- like your pages text. Once you know the class of that object, you can add a style in the style sheet (in your appereance panel under editor) something like this
#navigacija .classname {display:none; }

Without seeing the live page - online - I can't tell you what class or id you need to remove or hide to make that word disappear.
If you can't post the site, can you tell me what theme you are using? I can possibly try to figure it out from that.
