Anyone knows any CSV plugins so I can create user accounts and give them automatic passwords. Then can be sent through and email to each member? But the email has to include some text that I will write to explain what the emails is.

    Hope this understandable.

That's something you'd have to code yourself - there may be a plugin for that but apart from BuddyPress or something similar where the user chooses the username and password I don't know of anything.

I'm curious - why do you need to create the username and password instead of letting the members do it?

Yeah I suppose its going to have to be :-/. I'm not an expert with PHP. I need to create this because its for a sports club and the current username and password was one. But as the club is getting bigger they want everyone to have their own username and password. I was trying to keep their usernames easy as possible.

I'll have a look at the buddypress plugin
