And one more thing, this blog was created 6 months ago,, now it has traffic around 500 visitors/Day and 1300 page views/day.. Still, i'm unable to gaet google ad-sense approval. I ever go for spamming or breaking policies..

do you have some kind of plugin for generating links ?

looks like something embedded in your plugin is broken and not creating the links properly, the url presented in your examples are formatted incorrectly ( hence the 404 error ).

if you purchased this template or any plugin, I suspect it's buried in the code somewhere, you'll need to either disable any plugins to see if the auto generated links go away. Then either fix it, or don't use it

I'll tell you right now that it's not your "bad links". Google generally doesn't care if you have 404 errors on an Adsense site as long as you have enough good stuff.

Usually when big G rejects a site, particularly one that generates 39,000 page views a month (if you're on the straight-up, that is...and I tend to believe you are because you're not making ridiculously exaggerated traffic claims), it's a quality issue. I don't know what specifically they don't like, but it might be a few things:

    1) It's an unoriginal idea. You're listing jobs. Big deal. There are a whole bunch of sites that do that (Career Builder, Monster, and Workopolis come immediately to mind). You have no search feature other than the default W*rdPr*ss feature. You have no alerts that I can see. You send people all over the place just to apply for the jobs. The only thing that even remotely makes your idea somewhat unique (and probably not very much so) is that your idea targets new workers in India.

Basically, you came up with yet another mis/overuse of W*rdPr*ss and you're just listing content from other sites.

    2) Your site targets India. India, from what I've read and what little I've seen, generates low Adsense eCPMs so big G may not think it's worth it to them unless you get tens of thousands of page views per day.

    3) You have a W*rdPre*ss theme with scuzzy SEO links at the bottom.

    4) It's difficult to navigate, particularly when applying for a job...why would anyone want to copy/paste a link from an input form?

    5) Since you're using Analytics, big G may be seeing a lot of traffic from non-search sources. A lot of these sources (e.g. StumbleUpon) tend to artificially inflate traffic counts and create visitors that don't convert from an Adsense point of view. I'm not sure if big G is looking at your Analytics when they're evaluating your Adsense application, but it wouldn't surprise me if they did.

I don't think any one of these things alone caused you to be rejected. I'm not even sure if all five did. The point is that you need to look at this from a quality standpoint and see if there are issues interfering with it beyond just the "bad links" issue. You should also ask Google what they'd want you to improve in order to be accepted...they may not provide an answer, but they quite often do.
