9. Regurgitate trite, boring, obviousness as if you were revealing something new.
10. Never, but never, even hint at a site aimed at a specific target user. If you must refer to a user at all, do so in only the most oblique way possible, like "the user."
11. Always distract from important issues, like so: - Focus on bare minimum basics all users expect, never competitive advantage
- Use words like ecommerce to describe a shopping cart install, avoiding merchandising theory altogether
- A Content Management System is a client playpen to keep them from mucking up code -- not a way to structure and distribute information for a specific business goal
