Looking for ComicPress/CSS Wizard
Hi. My friend and I are writers. We have a comic book that we want to submit to publishers, but first, we've decided to make a 'prequel' webcomic that would lead up to the comic books and can prove that we have a steady audience (that's the hope anyway).
The problem is that neither of us knows what to do when it comes to web design. The one class I took almost 8 years ago my freshman year in college no longer makes me applicable/knowledgeable, unfortunately. As such, we're looking to run everything through WordPress to make it easier on us.
What we're looking for is a simple, but designed/CSS'ed theme we can use. We have an idea of what we're looking for design-wise, but money is the issue...
Now, we CAN pay... just not much right now. We're both in between jobs at the moment, but we're also in a pinch, so we were hoping to find someone who would be able to help us for less money than is no doubt deserved. I'm not trying to screw anyone here; I'm just being honest-- we're kinda broke. You'd also be welcome to use it in your portfolio and credit/link can be included at the bottom of the site.
I appreciate you reading all that and any help you'd be willing to offer. Please PM and let me know what you would charge and how we can negotiate if it's outside our budget.
Thanks in advance!

(P.S.: We also have a blog/portfolio site that may also need a theme design, if we can swing it-- FYI)
