Hi all,

The forms on my website have suddenly stopped working. An example of the form can be found by visiting:

http://www.swindon-news-round.co.uk/holiday.htm

Any advice on how I can get this working would be greatly appreciated.

It's 404, i.e., not found. The form points to /_vti_bin/shtml.dll/holiday.htm ,but there is nothign there. I am not 100% up to speed on IIS hosting, but I think the form should point to just "holiday.htm".

IIRC, it may have to point to that, even if holiday.htm is in the same folder. May want to talk to your host about that, as unless you changed something in that form, they probably did something on the back end.
