how to change link colors of FrontPage theme?

Hello,

I have a website To view the link you have to Register and it is created with FrontPage. I use FrontPage theme for this website. I need to change the link colors. How can I do it?

I need to change themes link colors so that I don't have to change the color of each link manually.

Ron

1.) First off, ditch Frontpage. You won't learn any HTML programming by using drag and drop programs.

2.) If you go into the HTML, you can set the link colors by doing something like this in your beginning <body> tag:

<body link="#000000" vlink="#000000">

"Link" is the color you can set when someone firsts visits your site and hasn't clicked on any of your links yet and "VLink" is for when someone has clicked on a link on your page.

Hi,

I created my website with FrontPage web function and it creates many files. I don't know in which file I have to add this HTML code. Do you know how I can modigy the theme instead of code directly?

1.) On the Format menu, click Theme.

2.) In the list of themes, click the theme for which you want to change the element.

3.) Click Modify, and then click Colors.

4.) Next to Theme color set, specify whether you want to change colors in the normal or vivid color set.

5.) Click the Custom tab.

6.) Do one of the following:
- Choose an existing color.
- Define a custom color.

7.) Click Save As.

8.) Type a new name for the theme (unless you have modified a custom theme), and then click OK.

Also be aware that after you modify a preset theme, you must save your changes to a new theme; you cannot overwrite a preset theme.
