That site confuses me, I see only a slight font change in the top version to the plain version??

Just for reference, this is an outdated link. The correct CSS specification is now CSS, Level 2 Revision 1, and it is located at http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/ . CSS 2.1 addresses some of the issues with CSS 2, including several of the problems Microsoft brought up as reasons it didn't implement the standard completely. More on this revision in Wikipedia's Cascading Style Sheets article.
