Thinking of redesigning one of my old websites. But first, walk with me through memory lane.

1st version (early 2009)-- didn't even came close to finish( what was I thinking!)
*note first attempt at a website.(http://creekstone.site90.net/slstouchold/Index_HomePage.html)(Nothing good beyond the first page)

2nd version(late 2009)-- Retackled, still didnt come close to finish
    (http://creekstone.site90.net/slstouch/)

    3rd version ( early 2010) -- came close
    (http://creekstone.site90.net/www.slstouch.com/)

Current Version( middle 2010) Finally made up my mind I guess.

    Hey,
Ive always wondered, what does SLS stand for? What sort of idea did you have in mind for the redesign? More color? simpler design?

P.S: liking the new avatar :p

Hehe the avatar took a shower and change clothes that all. I have no idea what i want the colors to be.Actually the sls stands for my initials. It's lame I know but i'm thinking of rebranding again. I went through like 5 logo concept to be finally be satisfied, but i'm still NOT, even now.

Annnddd took out the contact lenses ey? :p

I do like the current design you have. It gives the impression that you are a big company rather than an individual which is quite good. It does definitely look professional and arty style for sure. Is it not bringing in the revenue then? Is that why your wanting to change the style etc? Or has it been live for quite a while already?

I don't think you should re-design, but the logo is a little bit busy. It's gorgeous, but busy. Maybe make it less 3D, or less shadow, I don't really know. I don't really see how the site could be any better.

What's your name? We can't just keep calling you MYIW lol

lol its Shaneka by the way, and yeah... I don't really like the logo either. But I definitely need to change the design, maybe not redesign but, I've used a lot of tables ,and the image navigation definitely needs to go. The one thing I like best is those 'logo like' designs for 'custom art, photo retouch, and photo restoration.

off topic for a sec..@Derrick you replied to that thread about that guy with that 'next level football' thing right? Is that guy legit? Because he mentioned something about not even having a template for the website yet. I found this website http://www.nextlevelfootball.com/ is he just coping the name? Because i'm about to take down that logo.

I'm not sure.. It sounds like he came here looking for freebies then gave up. The names could be a coincidence. It definitely sin't his site, because he wouldn't need a logo/banner for it.

The logo? Wouldn't you have to have a very specific customer? How do you sell them anyway?
I think it's great, people might buy it, depending on the price.

When I type in next level football in Google search a lot of results came up, figure maybe some football training camps, programs etc might need a logo change.

Well professionals logo go from between $100- $1,000 I guess it designs on the creativity and originality of the design.
Those commercial brands like 'Pepsi I think I read an article about it being in the six figures.
