    Hello All!

It come apparent that now I will need to learn flash for work. Where are some good starting places? Right now I will just need to learn basic stuff like doing image transitions and motion tweening. Eventually I want to learn how to create navigation systems and further on full flash sites. Would anyone point me in a good direction on where to start?

When you try to learn anything i think that a book is best. You should start on amazon, people reviewing the books are very honest and say if something helped them or not. So books with 4-5 stars and 5+ reviews would make a nice investment.

The reason i say get a book is because you can only read so much from a computer screen. Eventually your eyes will burn and you will get fed up. Furthermore, as far as reference goes i find it better to search through a book than though a pdf.

Apart from books the flash documentation is pretty good, this can be found here.
