For web design you have:
Title: 1: 8: 25%
Body: 2: 186: 2.2%
H1/H2/H3: 0: 10: 0%
Links: 2: 55: 7.3%
Bold: 0: 0: 0%
Meta description: 2: 49: 8.2%
Meta keywords: 4: 22: 36.4%
Heading tags are very important. Bolding doesn't hurt either.
