A good start...things I would change:

1. The whole layout looks a little weird. I would add some more content to the home page and center it all in the middle of the page.

2. The nav bar text is too big.

I think all in all you should look at some design blogs to get some ideas. You need to get more creative as a designer.

Look at Vandelay Design and designm.ag blogs

I totally agree, and thank you for the feedback, I guess my biggest fear is over-design. I like clean and simple. But that comes with in-experience and i need to find a good balance between aesthetics and functionality

Your code is really clean. I would put the navigation in an unordered list for semantics sake.

The design needs some work. You said that you didn't want to over-design, but your advertising design services, so really too much is better than too little. The mountain peaks on the right look odd and jaggy, and I almost missed the social media icons altogether. The graphics are a little cheesy, and the photo on the about page looks completely out of place.

Check out this article about using graphics in design:

Thank you for the nod on the coding, that is something I do take pride in.

The article you posted was very interesting, and I myself have kind of felt stock photography was a little bland. I am trying to buff up my Illustrator skills to create custom illustrated graphics for my site, but I am not close to that point yet.

Again, Thank you for your insight, and honesty. I do not have a good network of design-minded friends or clients, so all i usually hear are "it looks good" feedback. So I look forward to hearing more.

I will probably get to tweaking the site at the end of the week, and will update this thread when it is done.

Thanks Again
-Anthony

Site seem to be left oriented. Design part is lagging. The black and orange combination seem to be over worked

andr, Thank you.

I changed the image on the About Us page, I feel it ties the site together a lot better. Plz more feedback. Still brainstorming on better ideas for the site.

Clean layout and nice start but the header/nav area and home page need more work. Also the one quote on the left side looks funny. On the contact page the submit button shouldn't be aligned to the left side so far over. Also about and contact pages shift left to right

I would suggest getting print design in the title tag as you are optimized everywhere else for it.
