Didn't take much time loading on 1mbps speed and Linux.
What I would suggest is a non-flash version for flash-blocking people. So your visitors know what your business is about by reading the text version and also it's better for your SEO. You should also insert a small notation that you need to enable flash to fully access the site.

Hi! I extremely like the animation on the photo I can advice you to change tints of blue on the page - use the same blue color of various tints - so they can match each other.

Its a good professional and upto the target or i must say upto theme website. The head of page or the first group picture gives a professional feel. The presentation is very superub.

running (ubuntu 9.10 karmic) and all was well. loads quick, simple but not to simple. i would say all in all goal was reached. i would add a little margin to the bottom of the page to give the footer some breathing room.
