Just to reiterate what Eddy Bones said, it's a very nice site. The only thing... some mild rollover effects on the text links on the menu bars may be nice. I'm thinking along the lines of white -> light grey, something subtle like that, but just something so you can instantly see it's a link and you feel as though the site is giving you some feedback.
